What, exactly, is Home Staging?

Home Staging is the process of transitioning a dwelling from a home to a house to a product.  It is “setting the stage” to enable a buyer to mentally move in.  Staging is preparing a home for sale in such a way that it appeals to the widest possible audience.

Isn’t that decorating?
